Common Issues
DIRTY FILTER
The most common issue for air conditioners is a dirty filter that is clogged. Depending on your appliance, filters need to be changed every few months or so while some are reusable.
COILS
Evaporator coils may become corroded in time and do require maintenance after 3 years. Condenser coils can also become dirty and clogged. These can be cleaned by a technician.
LEAKS
