I cannot say enough good things! My AC has been broken for 3 days and finally I found this company who was able to come out sameday and easily fix my AC. I’m so thankful for the quick, prompt service. Greg, our tech was also awesome.
I have a two year old system that stopped working. Was certified in HVAC back in the early 90’s however didn’t entertain that field of work. When I contacted the original installer that installed for the homebuilder I let them know I believe the capacitor went bad (15 minute repair). They told me they could schedule a tech out in three weeks, I just laughed. I then did a really quick on-line search and found M & R. I left a voicemail on the number provided, sent a text as they asked, and even got on their website and sent in a request for service. Matthew called back with 15 minutes. I let him know what I thought it was. He said our home was in his line of path when starting his day. He showed up within 45 minutes of my initial contact, replaced the capacitor within 5 minutes of arriving. Handed him payment and thanked him very graciously for doing what he did. After being in the homebuilding industry for 30 yrs in Tucson, Matthew is an excellent and responsive business owner here in Surprise. I won’t use anyone else for HVAC concerns moving forward. Matthew, thank you for taking the time to stop by and get us back up and running, hard to find individuals and / or companies like yourself anymore. Very much appreciated.
I have used M&R refrigeration for over 3 years. They are always sooo good. I had to call them because of a noise from my a/c and they were here at eight in the morning. Daniel was very professional, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. This is an excellent company.
Daniel came out to my house today after my AC unit quit working. He was able to get there soon after calling. This was big on a 115 degree day and after calling 20+ different companies who could not come out until days later. Daniel was quick to diagnose, offer a solution, and fix the problem. My AC went out this Monday over the Holiday weekend. I placed a call to M&R and within an hour Daniel was out servicing my unit. Unfortunately for me, my compressor was blow. Immediately Daniel was able to tell me that my unit was still under warranty and he would contact Trane and take care of everything for me. After two very long days of hard work and unexpected bumps along the way Daniel fixed my AC (took two days because of the Holiday, Trane wasn’t open). The entire time he remained calm, professional, and patient. He explained everything in detail, making it easy for me to understand. Thanks to M&R, I am “comfortable” at home again. Great customer service, truly recommend.
