What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, etc.)
  
• Perform routine system inspections and preventive maintenance
  
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues quickly and accurately
  
• Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support to fellow technicians
  
• Communicate effectively with customers about issues and solutions
  
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure timely project completion
  
• Travel to customer job sites using a company vehicle (valid driver’s license required)
  

Who We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of hands-on refrigeration experience
  
• Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration systems
  
• Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
  
• Personal hand tools
  
  

Ideal Qualities:

• Motivated technician looking to take on more responsibility and grow within a fast-growing company
  
• Experience with restaurant-specific refrigeration systems
  
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call shifts
  
• Familiarity with hot-side kitchen equipment is a plus
